Terry and Kerri visit
7-5-05 — Rachelle
We got visitors!! Woohoo! Not everyone has forgotten that we live in the vast northern wasteland :) Terry and Kerri came to visit for the 4 th of July weekend; they arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday morning. Of course we had to take in a Twins baseball game – a come from behind victory…woohoo!! And the Mall of America – I don't think they were very impressed, except for Terry and the Irish store…Kerri and I had to drag him out of there so we wouldn't be late for the game! We also went to Batman Begins at the IMAX Theater at the zoo. Not only is it a good movie, but it's really cool on a 6 story screen! Then we visited one of the many lakes in the area to go fishing; we found out the dog loves to play with fish! And the best news of the weekend – they are engaged! Big brother has finally grown up and left his wild ways behind!! All I can say is…Good Luck Kerri :)
Unfortunately I don't have any pictures from the weekend because Dan was back in Nebraska and he had the camera with him. And I forgot to buy a disposable one. Maybe if my fabulous big brother or his lovely fiancé read this, they can email me some of the picts that they took. We do have more pictures of Trevor though! He's growing so fast and getting so big!!
